Wild Boar Ribs with BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs wild boar ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Season the wild boar ribs with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
  2. Place the ribs in a roasting pan or baking dish and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
  3. Roast in the preheated oven for 2-3 hours, or until the meat is tender and falling off the bone.
  4. In a small saucepan, combine the BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and honey. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is heated through and slightly thickened.
  5. Remove the ribs from the oven and uncover. Brush the ribs generously with the BBQ sauce mixture.
  6. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the ribs for 5-10 minutes per side, brushing with additional BBQ sauce as needed, until they are caramelized and charred in spots.
  7. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Serve hot with extra BBQ sauce on the side.

Enjoy your Wild Boar Ribs with BBQ Sauce!
